Privacy Policy
Last updated: September 1, 2026
MARDOOD, a product operated by Mezze Ops, helps marketplace sellers review settlement, inventory, return, fee, and reimbursement records. This policy explains how we handle information when you visit MARDOOD, create an account, or use the recovery workspace.
Information we collect
- Account information, including your name, verified email address, profile image, and authentication identifier.
- Business information, including legal or trading name, country, tax details, marketplace identifiers, team members, and billing contact.
- Marketplace files and evidence that you choose to upload, including statements, inventory reports, invoices, return records, and supporting documents.
- Workflow information, including findings, claims, deadlines, case references, decisions, reimbursements, and audit activity.
- Technical information needed for security and reliability, such as browser type, timestamps, error records, and network information.
How we use information
We use information to authenticate users, create business workspaces, reconcile marketplace records, identify potential recovery candidates, prepare claim materials, track cases and reimbursements, provide customer support, secure the service, and improve MARDOOD.
Google sign-in
If you choose Google sign-in, MARDOOD requests only basic identity information: your Google account identifier, name, email address, email-verification status, and profile image. MARDOOD does not request access to Gmail, Google Drive, Contacts, Calendar, or your Google password.
How information is shared
We do not sell personal information. We may use infrastructure, authentication, storage, payment, analytics, and support providers solely to operate MARDOOD. We may disclose information when required by law, to protect users or the service, or during a business transaction subject to appropriate safeguards. MARDOOD does not submit marketplace claims or share files with Noon or Amazon unless that capability is clearly offered and you authorize it.
Storage and retention
Account and business records are retained while the workspace remains active and as reasonably needed for security, legal, billing, and audit purposes. Uploaded files and claim records may be deleted according to account controls and retention settings. You should retain your own copies of marketplace reports and evidence.
Security
We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards, including encrypted transport, access controls, separated business workspaces, and restricted credentials. No online service can guarantee absolute security.
Your choices and rights
You may request access, correction, export, or deletion of your account information, subject to legal and operational retention requirements. Team owners control access to their business workspace. You may stop using MARDOOD and revoke Google account access at any time.
Marketplace independence
MARDOOD is an independent service and is not endorsed by, affiliated with, or operated by Noon or Amazon. Marketplace names and trademarks belong to their respective owners.
